Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying, creating and developing customer base in the business cluster
- Responsible for offering and selling financial services solutions, especially micro credit to MSMEs in the cluster
- Supervising team of Cluster Coordinator to generate customer leads for credit solutions in the market
- Developing market maps and sales pitch for customer lead generation
- Manage a customer base and loan portfolio of the business centers
- Supervise & enhance operational processes, controls and record management at the centers
- Maintain & review cluster MIS in system
- Solve customer related issues and support customer query resolution
- Maintain brand presence and good repute in the cluster
- Develop and manage the channel extension partners for business generation
- Regular field visits to customers to ensure credit assessment process & loan management
- Customer Field Verification
- Conduct Loan Disbursements
- Loan Utilization Checks
- Timely Repayments of Loans
- Portfolio Quality Management (PQM)
- Deep Customer Engagement
- Livelihood Linkages
- Offer Insurance Services
Skills required
- Graduate in any discipline, candidate having Post-Graduation in Business Administration, Social Work, Rural Entrepreneurship, Banking, Economics or related discipline will be given preference.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in MSME lending or financial solutions
- Candidates with credit management & Financial Inclusion experience in Clustering finance deserve higher priority in
consideration; - Good communications and interpersonal skill;
- Dedicated & Passionate about impact & community related work
- Good command of spoken and written in both Hindi & English;
- Proficiency in use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
