SPM Coordinator

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for identifying, creating and developing impact programs for customers
  • Maintain customer dairies and deep customer connect Development of field engagement models for welfare & livelihood linkages to deep customer connect Developing new partnership with channel partners including NGOs for skill upgrade & certifications of our customers
  • Developing new training modules and financial education content for customer engagements.
  • Define and implement impact assessment methodologies to track customer development lifecycle
  • Manage the SPM goals in each cluster by designing, implementing and tracking the metric
  • Collect sample data in the field every month on key metrics
  • Various task to include:
    • Customer profiling & visits
    • Mapping of social welfare schemes and livelihood linkages
    • Discover & develop programs partnership for large scale impact
    • Raise CSR /State and agency grants for specific programs
    • Develop content and marketing plans
    • Conduct financial literacy & awareness
    • Develop customer stories, video content
    • Collaborate on new projects like chatbot/digital diaries
    • Conduct field survey to assess ongoing impact
    • Publish impact newsletters & quarterly SPM reports

Qualifications & Skills required

  • Graduate in any discipline, candidate having Post-Graduation in Data, Sociology, Psychology, Economics, Social Work will be given preference.
  • 1-3 years experience in impact & development sector would be useful. Candidates with internship experiences can apply
  • Experience in developing and managing business partnerships
  • Experience in field work and data collections
  • Working knowledge of data collection & statistical tools would be useful
  • Dedicated & passionate about impact & community related work
  • Proficiency in use of MS Word and Excel
