Our current welfare programs fall under the following interventions, in line with the UN-SDGs framework:

Our Welfare Initiatives
ARTH Kalpataru
ARTH’s flagship program ARTH Kalpataru (meaning: a wish-fulfilling tree), is a one-stop information portal that provides the underserved and underprivileged people of India with a linkage to government welfare schemes and welfare programs. This program is our intervention of UN-SDG 10 “Reduced Inequalities”.

ARTH Vittiya Pathshala is an initiative that falls under our intervention of UN-SDG 5 Gender Equality as well as UN-SDG 8 Decent work & Economic Growth. This program aims to bridge the disparity of financial education amongst micro-entrepreneurs & underprivileged nano & micro business owners, especially women.

Under our comprehensive intervention on UN-SDG 2: Zero Hunger and UN-SDG 3: Good Health and Well Being, the foundation has designed the program of ARTH Poshan Vatika to make the high value nutrient food accessible to the children and the women of the underserved families to save them from malnutrition, hunger etc.

Covid Relief & Recovery Interventions
OUR INTERVENTIONS
ARTH Foundation also initiates and executes a lot of intervention programs based on the necessity of the members of the society, at a particular time.
In 2020, with the pandemic holding the entire world hostage, the underprivileged encountered an even gloomier reality. Marginalized people were further pushed into the margins.

Keeping this in mind, ARTH Foundation initiated a number of interventions at the time to provide accessibility of relevant resources to help these community-members.

50+ Women in rural Uttar Pradesh provided access to an alternate source of livelihood during COVID
INR 40K average direct income generation by enabling an alternate source of earnings to families in COVID lockdowns
50+ households ensured with the nutritional diet through the nutri-kitchen garden initiative in rural Uttar Pradesh
