ARTH Mitra
Enabling Grassroots Impact through Community Leadership
We understand That Community
true community transformation begins with local leadership. Our initiative - Arth Mitra Program - is designed to identify, empower, and engage women as Social Mitras who act as changemakers in their own neighborhoods.
Through this program, we equip these local leaders with the tools and knowledge
they need to mobilize communities, promote financial literacy, and improve access to government
schemes and livelihood support services.
Our initiative focuses on bridging the gap between social welfare programs and underserved populations - especially women micro-entrepreneurs. By enabling Arth Mitras through training, digital literacy, and leadership development, we strengthen their capacity to guide others on safe financial practices, government entitlements, and community-based solutions.
Through their efforts, communities become more connected, informed, and financially resilient.
